Role Objective

To improve organic traffic, rank priority keywords, optimize product pages, and drive organic movement of products across website and marketplaces.

Key Responsibilities

1. Technical SEO
  • Conduct complete technical audits (site speed, indexing, crawl issues, schema, Core Web Vitals).
  • Optimize Shopify backend (collections, product pages, meta tags, alt text, internal linking).
  • Fix indexing issues, redirects, canonical tags, and broken links.
  • Monitor and improve site health using Search Console and GA4.
  • Build structured internal linking strategy.

  • 2. Content & Blog Strategy
  • Create SEO-driven content calendar aligned to brand strategy.
  • Write high-quality, search-optimized blogs (women’s health, menstrual care, hygiene, etc.).
  • Develop pillar pages and topic clusters.
  • Optimize blogs for featured snippets and conversion.

  • 3. Product Ranking & Organic Growth
  • Optimize product titles, descriptions, FAQs, and schema markup.
  • Perform buyer-intent keyword research.
  • Improve ranking for priority SKUs.
  • Track competitor keyword movements.
  • Ensure product pages are optimized for conversion + ranking.

  • 4. Marketplace SEO (if applicable)
  • Optimize listings on Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, etc.
  • Improve keyword indexing and discoverability.
  • Track ranking performance regularly.

  • 5. Reporting & KPIs
  • Weekly keyword ranking reports.
  • Monthly organic growth performance report.
  • Target: 30–50% organic growth within 6 months.
  • Top 10 ranking for priority keywords.
  • Clear visibility of product ranking improvements.

  • Skills Required
  • Strong Technical SEO knowledge (Shopify experience mandatory).
  • Proven experience ranking D2C brands.
  • Excellent SEO blog writing capability.
  • Strong keyword research skills (Ahrefs / SEMrush / similar tools).
  • Understanding of schema markup and structured data.
  • Data-driven and performance-focused mindset.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹650,000.00 per year
