We're seeking a talented Performance Copywriter to play a critical role in our marketing efforts, focusing on creating winning video scripts for paid ads.

Role Overview:

Your primary mission will be to write killer 15-60 second User-Generated Content (UGC) style video scripts for Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads. You'll be the mastermind behind our top-of-funnel and conversion-focused video content, directly impacting campaign performance and ROI. We're looking for someone who can hook viewers in the first 3 seconds and drive action!

A secondary focus will involve supporting our organic and influencer marketing with engaging script and content writing.

What you'll be doing (Key Responsibilities):

• Performance marketing Scripting i.e for UGC ads (80%)
• Crafting compelling UGC-style video scripts for Meta and Google Ads.
• Developing irresistible 3-second hooks that capture attention instantly.
• Writing crisp, benefit-driven narratives that address customer pain points and lead to conversions.
• Optimizing scripts for different platforms (Instagram/Facebook vs. YouTube/Google).
• Collaborating closely with Performance Marketers to align scripts with campaign goals.
• Influencer & Organic Video Support (5%):
• Assisting with organic promo video scripts for influencers to ensure authentic brand mentions.
• Owned Channel Content Writing (15%):
• Providing copywriting support for our upcoming fashion/lifestyle/beauty influencer channel (captions, stories, video ideas).

Must-Have Skills:

• Proven Paid Ads Portfolio: Showcase your video scripts for Meta/Google Ads. Case studies with performance data (CTR, VTR, conversions) are a massive plus!
• Performance Mindset: You think in metrics, testing, and ROI. You understand how script elements drive ad performance.
• Crisp & Persuasive Writing: Ability to write clear, concise, benefit-oriented copy without the fluff.
• Native Tamil/Telugu Proficiency (Non-Negotiable): Must be a native or highly proficient speaker/writer with the cultural nuance for the Tamil/Telugu-speaking market.
• Platform Expertise: Familiarity with video ad specs for Meta and Google.
• Language Skills: You'll write final scripts in Tamil or Telugu, with an understanding of Hindi. Master scripts will be in English, optimized for translation.
