Role Overview

As our People Ops & Onboarding Intern, you’ll help manage the behind-the-scenes processes that make every new hire feel prepared and supported. From updating onboarding checklists and offboarding documents to managing login access and HR forms, you’ll be key in keeping our people systems running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and update onboarding and offboarding checklists and SOPs
  • Ensure platform access is set up for incoming interns and removed for exiting ones
  • Track HR documentation and ensure form templates are accurate and current
  • Collaborate with the HR and IPM teams to coordinate onboarding timelines
  • Support operational improvements that enhance the new hire experience

  • Qualifications
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Clear written communication and process-oriented mindset
  • Familiarity with tools like Google Workspace, Notion, and Airtable
  • Interest in people operations, onboarding, or administrative systems
  • Bonus: Experience managing logins or working with HR platforms
