Role Overview

We are looking for a high-clarity, communication-driven HR Executive to manage core people operations within our FinTech organization. This role is focused on employee communication, policy implementation, operational HR discipline, and maintaining structured HR processes across teams.

The ideal candidate should be able to communicate with clarity, handle employee interactions professionally, and ensure that organizational policies and expectations are implemented consistently.
This role requires someone who can operate with ownership, professionalism, and strong interpersonal judgment in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

1. Employee Communication & Coordination (Primary Responsibility)
Act as the central HR communication point between management and employees.

Ensure company policies, updates, and expectations are communicated clearly across teams.

Address employee queries, concerns, and workplace issues in a structured and professional manner.

Facilitate transparent and effective internal communication within the organization.

2. Policy Implementation & Workplace Standards
Communicate, implement, and monitor adherence to company policies.

Ensure employees understand organizational expectations and HR guidelines.

Support leadership in maintaining professional workplace standards and operational discipline.

Escalate policy deviations or workplace concerns where necessary.

3. HR Operations & Documentation
Maintain accurate employee records, HR documentation, and internal HR systems.

Manage attendance, leave tracking, and employee data management.

Ensure HR documentation processes are organized, compliant, and consistently maintained.

4. Onboarding & Offboarding
Manage structured onboarding processes including employee documentation and induction.

Ensure new hires receive proper orientation regarding company processes and expectations.

Handle exit procedures, documentation, and exit interviews.

5. Employee Engagement & Workplace Culture
Support initiatives that improve employee engagement and workplace experience.

Coordinate internal communication related to HR initiatives and team activities.

Contribute to building a structured and professional work environment.

6. Recruitment Coordination (Limited Responsibility)
Support hiring processes through candidate coordination and interview scheduling when required.

Maintain basic candidate documentation and recruitment records.

Candidate Profile

Qualification: MBA in Human Resources (Mandatory)

Experience: Minimum 3 years of HR experience, preferably in startup, fintech, or technology environments.
