Job Description

The People Analytics Specialist will leverage data insights to optimize Talent Acquisition strategies and HR processes. The role involves generating actionable reports and collaborating with stakeholders to improve recruitment efficiency and HR effectiveness.

Requires working knowledge and experience. Solves complex problems; takes a new perspective using existing solutions. Works independently; receives minimal guidance. Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience. Networks with senior internal and external personnel in own area of expertise. Attendance and schedule adherence are requirements of this position.

Role & Responsibilities:

Data Analysis & Reporting

MIS Reporting. - Collect, analyze, and interpret TA and P&P data to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights and prepare analytical reports using existing Global Dashboards

Extract and prepare various reports from PeopleSoft & ATS (Smart Search) like Backout Analysis, Monthly reports to the business.

Provide TA status updates to business stakeholders including internal and external sourcing spanning database recruitment, headhunting, referrals and vendor support

Talent Acquisition Analytics

Track and measure recruitment KPIs such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, source effectiveness, and candidate pipeline health

Provide insights to improve competitive landscape understanding and help enhance candidate experience

Prepare Daily, Weekly & Monthly reports leveraging global dashboards where possible

Understanding Hiring Trends, Market Mapping reports for the talent availability, etc.

TA Process Governance & Optimization

TA Process adherence including job, offer approvals, intake call management, Recruiter assignment, Smart Search access and audits, candidate documentation check & coordinate with onboarding team for offer and BGV process

Recommend process improvements based on data insights to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in TA and some of the P&P functions like onboarding, infant attrition, etc.

Collaborate with HR Allys and TA teams to implement best practices

Job Requirements

Details:

Preferred candidate profile
  • B Tech, Bachelors or Master's degree in HR, Business Analytics, Statistics, or related field
  • 6+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition analytics and HR analytics
  • Proficiency in Excel & Data Analytics
  • Knowledge of HR processes, recruitment lifecycle, and HRIS/ ATS systems.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and present insights to senior stakeholders
  • Strong business acumen and ability to translate data into strategic recommendations
  • Should be flexible enough to manage various Ad Hoc requests from the Leadership
