Roles and Responsibilities:

• Act as a primary point of contact for prospective students, addressing inquiries and providing information about Stellaraa's programs.
• Share personal experiences and insights to help guide potential students in their decision-making process.
• Facilitate communication between current students and prospective students to foster a sense of community.
• Assist in organizing and participating in outreach events, webinars, and information sessions.
• Gather feedback from prospective students to help improve recruitment strategies and program offerings.
• Maintain a positive and professional demeanor at all times, representing Stellaraa Edutech with integrity.
• Collaborate with the admissions and marketing teams to support campaign initiatives.
• Contribute to creating engaging content for social media and other communication channels.
• Help onboard new students by providing essential information and resources.
• Monitor and respond to inquiries across various platforms in a timely manner.

Requirements:

• Currently enrolled in a relevant academic program or possess equivalent experience.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and empathetically with diverse individuals.
• Proactive and self-motivated with a strong sense of responsibility.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
