Medical Officer Role at Initiative Sewa Foundation (ISF), Pune

Who We’re Looking For

Passionate healthcare professionals who genuinely care about children’s well-being and want to make a real difference.

DMLT certification is required, or relevant experience in handling medical cases in clinics/hospitals

Comfortable managing the health and well-being of 500+ children across 10+ orphanages A minimum commitment of 6 months is preferred

Comfortable traveling when required (two-wheeler with license is mandatory)

Ability to handle emergency situations calmly and responsibly

What to Expect

This is not a regular 9-to-5 job;

it’s a dynamic and purpose-driven role.

Conduct and support medical camps

Accompany children for hospital visits when required

Maintain and track health records of children

Work closely with on-ground teams and coaches (support available for coordination)

Ensure overall health, hygiene, and well-being of children

Work Details

6 days a week

9 hours per day

Based out of Model Colony / Alandi, Pune
