PCM Teachers (Grades 9–12)JEE / NEET Foundation Programme

We are hiring dedicated and experienced PCM Foundation Teachers for Grades 9–12 to teach under our JEE/NEET Foundation Programme in SIP-partnered schools across Tier-3 and Tier-4 towns of South India.

This role is ideal for educators who are passionate about building strong fundamentals and nurturing students towards long-term JEE/NEET preparation.

Key Responsibilities

- Teach Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics (PCM) at the foundation level for Grades 9–12
- Focus on concept clarity, problem-solving skills, and competitive exam orientation
- Deliver engaging, structured classroom sessions using smart boards and digital teaching tools
- Follow the prescribed academic plan, syllabus, and timelines
- Assign, evaluate, and discuss worksheets, practice questions, and tests
- Track student performance and provide remedial and revision support
- Conduct regular revision sessions to strengthen fundamentals
- Maintain discipline, punctuality, and academic rigor in the classroom
- Submit daily academic reports and coordinate with the central academic team
- Participate in teacher training programs, reviews, and academic orientations

Eligibility Criteria

- Minimum 3 years of teaching experience (Foundation / Competitive / School level)
- Strong command over PCM subjects
- Prior exposure to JEE/NEET Foundation or Competitive Exam teaching preferred
- Willingness to work in Tier-3 / Tier-4 town school environments
- Good communication skills and a student-centric teaching approach
- IIT/NIT pass out are preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
