Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Payroll Analyst located in Indore. The Payroll Analyst will be responsible for overseeing payroll processes, ensuring compliance with payroll regulations, and managing payroll-related inquiries. Daily tasks include maintaining accurate employee records, calculating wages, addressing garnishments, handling payroll taxes, and resolving discrepancies. The role also involves collaborating with the accounting team to ensure precise payroll reporting and supporting internal audits.

Qualifications
  • Experience in Payroll Administration and managing compliance related to garnishments
  • Proficiency in handling Payroll Taxes and an understanding of tax regulations
  • Strong Analytical Skills with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
  • Background knowledge of Accounting principles related to payroll operations
  • Proficiency in payroll software systems and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred
  • Previous experience in payroll functions and handling sensitive employee data is an advantage
