Responsibilities

I. Partnerships:

• Develop and implement strategies to create new partnerships with development organization, donors, NGOs, academic institutions
• Identify and initiate partnerships that align with Outline India's core values and business goals
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing partners, esuring continuous engagement and communications
• Client acquisition and onbaording & documentation
• Experience in media relations, communications background etc.

II. Stakeholder Engagement

• Maintain regular communications with current clients and donors, keeping them informed of project progress abd updates through emails, virtual meetings etc.
• Represent Outline India at networking events, conferences, summits, forums to expand the reach
• Manage the company's mailing list, ensuring it is regularly updated and segmented for targeted outreach
• Manage internsl and external correspondence, consistent messaging aligned with the company's vision and goals
• Creating performance dashbaords for outreach and new initiatives

III. Outreach & Marketing

• Plan and coordinate outreach campaigns to increase visibility among key stakeholders, policymakers and the media
• Track and measure the performance of digital campaigns, creatives using insights to optimize outreach strategies
• Good knowledge of content management and quality checks
• Colaborate with the team to create visually compelling content for social media, newsletters and presentations
• Attending conferences, meetings for maximum outreach and strategize company's branding

Work location - Gurgaon - Sec-43

CTC - between 10lpa - 12lpa

Qualifications

• Minimum 4+ years in partnership role / public relation or similar fields
• Must have strong command in spoken and written English
• Should have experience in Canva / Adobe Illustrator or related software
• Ability to work under the pressure and multi-tasking
• Preferrence to those who are located within Gurgaon or South Delhi region
• Prior experience in development sector or social sector can be an added advantage
