What You’ll Do 🚀

- Plan, execute, and optimize influencer campaigns across Instagram, YouTube, and other platforms.
- Identify, vet, and onboard influencers who fit Nap Chief’s brand values.
- Negotiate budgets, deliverables, and contracts with influencers and agencies.
- Build and nurture long-term influencer relationships.
- Ensure influencer content aligns with brand tone and creative guidelines.
- Track performance, ROI, and generate actionable reports on campaigns.
- Collaborate with brand and content teams to integrate influencer campaigns into broader marketing strategies.
- Explore new platforms and cutting-edge formats to scale influencer marketing efforts.

Who We’re Looking For 👀

- 2–3 years of influencer marketing experience in D2C or consumer brands.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Analytical skills to track ROI and campaign success.
- Highly organized with excellent follow-up discipline.
- Knowledge of influencer discovery and tracking tools.
- Creative thinker with a proactive, ownership-driven approach.
