We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Partnerships & Alliances Manager to lead and expand our portfolio of experience-based offerings. This includes building strategic partnerships with premium hotels, restaurants, décor service providers, entertainment professionals, and other experience vendors across India. You’ll own the partner lifecycle — from identification and onboarding to engagement and performance management — helping us deliver high-quality, memorable experiences to our customers.Key Responsibilities
  • Identify, approach, and onboard a wide range of experience partners including:
  • Premium hotels and dining outlets
  • Décor service providers (event decorators, balloon artists, florists, etc.)
  • Entertainment service providers (musicians, photographers, hosts, etc.)
  • Other experiential vendors based on evolving business needs
  • Build and maintain strategic alliances that align with the brand’s vision and customer expectations.
  • Draft, negotiate, and finalize partnership proposals, contracts, and service agreements.
  • Work closely with internal teams (sales, marketing, operations) to align partner offerings with customer demands.
  • Manage the performance, quality, and pricing of vendor services to ensure consistency and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor key metrics and P&L for the Dining, Décor, Entertainment, and Stay experience categories.
  • Stay up to date with market trends to identify innovative experience opportunities.
  • Support vendor management on special projects and expansion initiatives.

  • Skills & Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, or vendor management, preferably in events, hospitality, or lifestyle domains.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and manage diverse vendor relationships.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and project management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, Event Management, or a related field.

    Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
