Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage strategic partnerships with corporates, NGOs, and government bodies to support women-led logistics initiatives.
• Create and implement communication strategies to convey Even Cargo's mission, crafting compelling content for various platforms.
• Organize and manage events and workshops, representing Even Cargo at industry events to promote women's empowerment in logistics.
• Monitor and evaluate partnership and communication efforts, preparing detailed reports and maintaining accurate records to inform future strategies.

About Company: Founded in 2016, Even Cargo is India's first women-driven logistics company that focuses on creating equal work opportunities for women. We identify and train women from resource-poor communities and employ them as delivery associates (DAs) for major e-commerce companies in India, ensuring dignified employment for them. To enable an ecosystem that ensures more participation of women in the workforce of last-mile logistics, we have developed, designed, and executed strategies that promote diversity and inclusion.
