SWASS is growing — and we're looking for a creative, reliable Video Editor to join our small but mighty team.

If you love editing Reels, designing posts, and creating graphics that actually stop the scroll, keep reading.

📋 What the role looks like:

→ 36–38 deliverables per month across 3 brands

→ Reels, posts, graphics, and more (12–15 posts per brand)

→ Part-time, remote, flexible hours

→ One in-person visit to our Mumbai office per week

💰 Compensation:

→ Experienced editors: ₹5,000/month fixed

→ Freshers: ₹2,000–₹3,000/month based on quality of work

Yes, we're a startup, and I pay this out of my own pocket — so I'll be honest that the pay reflects where we are right now. But as SWASS grows, so do you.

✅ What we need from you:

→ All relevant editing software (Premiere Pro, CapCut, Canva, or equivalent)

→ Your own laptop/desktop + active Wi-Fi

→ Based in Mumbai

→ Someone who takes deadlines seriously — whether you're freelancing, in a full-time job, or just starting out
