Key Responsibilities: Manage a diverse range of customer inquiries via online chat, ensuring timely and accurate responses that meet or exceed customer expectations. Provide detailed and accurate information about our products and services through online chat, addressing customer questions and concerns in a professional and courteous manner. Narrow down on appointment information to schedule appointments, ensuring a seamless experience for our customers and maximizing lead generation opportunities for our clients. Capture customer contact information for lead generation and client review, maintaining accurate records and ensuring data integrity. Summarize interactions based on customer needs for client review, providing valuable insights that help our clients refine their sales strategies and improve customer engagement. Develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge base of our evolving products and services, staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technological advancements. Essential Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you should possess: Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry, although not necessary, is highly preferred. Intermediate internet and window-based computer skills, with the ability to quickly adapt to new software and technologies. A strong ability to multitask, with gaming experience being helpful in this fast-paced environment. A positive and professional demeanor, with excellent written and verbal communication skills. The ability to adapt to change and thrive in a quick-paced work environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively. Preferred Qualifications: In addition to the essential qualifications, we prefer candidates who: Have a strong passion for delivering exceptional customer service and exceeding customer expectations. Are highly motivated and results-driven, with a focus on achieving lead generation targets and contributing to the growth of our clients' businesses. Have experience working in a team environment, with a willingness to collaborate and support colleagues to achieve shared goals. Requirements: To be considered for this role, you must: Have excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner. Be able to adapt to change and enjoy a quick-paced work environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively. Be available to work 4-hour time blocks daily, with flexibility to adjust schedules as needed. Be able to attend 5 weeks of training, Monday - Friday from 4PM – 8PM, with flexible scheduling available after completion of training. Be able to work a minimum of 16+ hours per week, with opportunities for additional hours as needed. Be able to type at least 35 WPM, with 40 WPM or above being preferred. Maintain a positive and professional demeanor, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer service and representing Taskzeno in a positive and professional manner.
