We're seeking a reliable assistant to handle basic customer support tickets via Intercom for our digital product. This is a part-time role requiring 1-2 hours per day.

Key responsibilities:
  • Process subscription cancellations and refunds using our platform (no customer replies needed).
  • Respond to login assistance requests with provided template text.
  • Escalate any custom or complex inquiries to our team.
Ideal for someone with basic customer service experience who can work independently. This is an ongoing hourly position—please propose your rate and availability in your application.

Contract duration of 1 to 3 months. with 30 hours per week.
