Job Description:
As a Legal Assistant / Law Clerk, your role is to support the legal team by organizing, maintaining, and managing both physical and electronic legal files and records. You will assist in drafting, reviewing, and formatting legal documents, correspondence, and reports. Additionally, conducting basic legal research and gathering relevant case information will be part of your responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Organize, maintain, and manage physical and electronic legal files and records.
- Assist with drafting, reviewing, and formatting legal documents, correspondence, and reports.
- Conduct basic legal research and gather relevant case information as needed.
- Manage calendars, deadlines, court dates, and appointments.
- Coordinate with attorneys, clients, courts, and external parties.
- File documents with courts and regulatory bodies (electronic and physical filing).
- Handle other general legal and administrative duties as assigned.
- Ensure confidentiality and compliance with legal procedures and firm policies.

Qualifications Required:
- Prior experience as a Legal Assistant, Law Clerk, or Paralegal preferred.
- Strong organizational and file management skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Office and legal document management systems.
- Solid written and verbal communication skills.
