Manager - Brand & PR Specialist
Role Overview
The Head of Brand & Creative will be the custodian and architect of the Paradise brand. This leader will define, codify, and scale a powerful brand platform that balances legacy with contemporary creativity.
The role requires deep brand thinking, strong creative judgment, cultural fluency, and the ability to translate business strategy into iconic storytelling and consistent execution across all channels.
This is a high-ownership leadership role responsible not just for campaigns, but for long-term brand equity and institutional brand-building.
Key Responsibilities
- Brand Strategy & Positioning
- Define and codify Paradise's brand positioning, tone of voice, and visual language.
- Build a distinctive and premium brand identity across ATL, digital, social, PR, stores, packaging, and delivery platforms.
- Strengthen Hyderabad heritage storytelling while making the brand relevant to younger, national audiences.
- Reduce dependency on discount-led marketing by building emotion-led demand and brand pull.
Integrated Brand Campaigns
- Lead end-to-end execution of integrated brand campaigns (festivals, launches, cultural moments).
- Deliver high-impact campaigns that drive cultural relevance and organic buzz.
- Ensure creative consistency across ATL, BTL, digital, influencer, PR, in-store, and packaging.
- Improve creative effectiveness through data, testing, and post-campaign learning.
Creative Leadership & Craft Excellence
- Translate business and consumer insights into sharp creative briefs.
- Oversee production across film, print, digital, social, and experiential formats.
- Maintain high aesthetic standards with strong attention to craft, detail, and consistency.
- Deliver high-quality outputs on time and within budget.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner closely with performance marketing and ecommerce teams to improve CTR, CVR, and retention through strong brand assets.
- Work with operations and product teams for new launches and in-store brand integration.
- Enable performance and ecommerce with scalable brand frameworks and assets.
Agency & Vendor Management
- Build strong partnerships with creative, media, production, PR, and influencer agencies.
- Establish transparent briefing processes, feedback loops, output benchmarks, and accountability systems.
- Drive efficiency and impact from agency spends.
- Team Building & Institutional Development
- Mentor and grow a high-caliber brand, content, and design team.
- Build robust brand processes and systems that scale.
- Create a culture of high ownership, craft excellence, and learning.
Success Metrics
- Improvement in brand health metrics: awareness, consideration, preference, ad recall.
- Increase in organic brand buzz and cultural relevance.
- Higher creative effectiveness and ROI.

Ideal Candidate Profile
- 10+ years in brand marketing or creative leadership.
- Proven experience building large brand platforms or iconic campaigns.
- Hands-on experience managing agencies, production, and budgets.
- Strong multi-format portfolio (film, print, digital, social, experiential).
- Experience in food, lifestyle, culture, or mass-premium brands preferred.
- Agency background acceptable only if complemented by strong in-house brand ownership experience.
