Job title: P&C Underwriting, Policy Servicing Assistant Manager / Manager

LOCATION Chennai / Pune

Key Responsibilities

Minimum 8 + Years experience P&C Underwriting, Policy Servicing

Manage P&C underwriting and policy servicing activities.

Ensure regular customer governance and maintain strong client relationships.

Prepare and share reports with internal and external stakeholders.

Identify and implement process improvement opportunities.

Ensure compliance with regulatory, internal, and customer policies.

Stay updated on industry trends in Property & Casualty insurance.

Lead process improvement, transformation, and automation initiatives.

Deliver measurable business benefits through operational excellence.

Create high-impact PowerPoint presentations for customers and leadership.

Manage blended operations (Contact Centre and Back-office); AINS/Lean Six Sigma certifications preferred
