Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Performance Marketing Specialist, focused on driving performance campaigns on Meta and Google Ads platforms. The selected candidate will be responsible for planning, implementing, and optimizing paid marketing campaigns, analyzing campaign performance metrics, conducting A/B testing, managing budgets, and ensuring campaign success based on ROI goals. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and utilizing data-driven insights to adjust strategies will be integral to the role.

Qualifications

- Strong Analytical Skills and experience in Data Analysis to measure, interpret, and optimize campaign performance
- Excellent Communication and collaboration skills for effective coordination with teams and stakeholders
- Expertise in Performance Management and optimization of campaigns to meet specific goals
- Proficiency in Performance Testing to ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of marketing strategies
- In-depth knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads platforms
- Ability to manage marketing budgets and deliver measurable return on investment (ROI)
- Previous experience in digital marketing or managing paid advertising campaigns is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred
