Paid Media Campaign Manager

As a Paid Media Executive, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing Google and Social media advertising campaigns. Your role will include executing end-to-end campaigns, managing budgets, and analyzing performance to drive measurable ROI. You should have hands-on experience in Google Ads and Social platforms, along with a strong analytical mindset and a focus on results.
  • *Key Responsibilities:**
  • - Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and Social platforms (Meta, LinkedIn, etc.).
    - Manage daily budget pacing, bid strategies, and campaign performance metrics.
    - Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitor analysis.
    - Perform A/B testing of creatives, ad copies, and landing pages to improve campaign efficiency.
    - Monitor KPIs such as ROI, CPL, CPC, CTR, and conversions to ensure performance targets are met.
    - Prepare detailed performance reports and share insights with stakeholders.
    - Implement tracking using Google Analytics and other analytics tools.
    - Identify optimization opportunities and recommend strategic improvements.
    - Stay updated with the latest digital advertising trends, tools, and platform updates.
  • *Qualifications Required:**
  • - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred).
    - 1-5 years of hands-on experience in Paid Media / Performance Marketing.
    - Strong working knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager (mandatory).
    - Experience in managing campaign budgets and performance reporting.
    - Understanding of analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
    - Strong analytical mindset with data interpretation skills.
    - Excellent communication and reporting skills.
    - Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
    - Must-have: Minimum 1 year experience in Google & Social paid campaigns.

    This company is based in Pune and offers a salary range of 5 to 9 LPA. The mode of work is from the office (WFO 5 Days) with working hours from 9:30 AM to 2:30 PM. The employment type is Full Time with a notice period of Immediate to 30 Days. The role title is Paid Media Executive / Sr. Paid Media Executive, reporting to the Digital Marketing Manager / Performance Marketing Lead.
