Paid Media Account Manager (E-commerce)

Job Title: Paid Media Account Manager (E-commerce D2C Client Servicing)

Job Summary: We're looking for a skilled Paid Media Account Manager with 3-4 years of hands-on

experience in managing D2C E-commerce campaigns. This is a highly strategic and client-facing role

that requires a blend of excellent communication skills, a strategic mindset, and a deep

understanding of E-commerce KPIs. You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients,

presenting performance insights, and driving account growth.

Key Responsibilities:

 Client Leadership & Strategy:

o Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring clear

communication and strong relationships.

o Develop and execute account strategies to achieve client objectives, with a specific

focus on D2C metrics like and not limited to ROAS, Conversion Rate, and AOV, etc.

o Prepare and lead weekly/monthly client review presentations, highlighting key

achievements, challenges and way forward.

 Account Growth & Business Acumen:

o Proactively plan and execute strategies to meet and exceed quarterly targets set by

the agency, demonstrating a keen understanding of how to drive growth that aligns

with our internal business goals.

o Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to increase media budgets and

client value.

o Contribute to new client pitch strategies by presenting a strategic and client-centric

approach.

 Collaboration & Team Management:

o Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and efficient campaign execution.

o Provide insights and recommendations for optimization based on data analysis.

 AI Knowledge:

o Knowledge of how AI-powered tools can be used for advanced audience

segmentation, performance forecasting, creative iteration, etc.

Key Result Areas (KRAs):

 Operational Excellence:

o End-to-end management of assigned clients, deliverables while presenting media

strategy plans and reports to clients.

o Oversee, review, and quality check the team deliverables, TAT, and client

satisfaction.

o Conduct research and ideation for the assigned brand and its competitors, providing

inputs based on trends, and contributing to media strategy and non-performance

media buying.

 Process & Reporting:

o Plan, work on, and deliver Media Plans, Reports, and campaigns.

o Collate and analyse campaign data.

o Report on monthly billings and be aware of client outstandings.

 Collaboration & Teamwork:

o Ensure a seamless workflow between internal teams.

o Provide guidance to junior-level team members and share best practices.

o Build positive, non-transactional relationships with clients.

 Growth Contribution:

o Ensure the creation of strong case studies for executed campaigns.

o Contribute to business generation through cross-selling, brand collaborations, and

partnerships.

o Refer new business and employees.

 Self-Development:

o Consistently participate in assigned trainings.

o Collaborate with the manager to align with business and organizational goals.

Requirements:

 Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA is preferred.

 3-4 years of mandatory experience in paid media for D2C brands, with a proven track record

of optimizing for Revenue and ROAS.

 Strong understanding of key E-commerce metrics like and not limited to ROAS, AOV,

Conversion Rate, etc.

 Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex

strategies clearly to clients.

 Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

 Experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and web analytics tools like Google

Analytics.

 Hands-on knowledge of the Shopify platform is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹7,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per year
