Job Description

As a Paid Campaign Specialist, you'll be responsible for:
  • Ad Copy: Planning and drafting compelling ad copies that drive performance.
  • - Keyword Planning: Conduct extensive research to identify relevant intent-based keywords for proper funnel management and paid execution.
  • Target Market Profiling: Conducting market research to better comprehend prevailing consumer behaviors.
  • Campaign Management: Planning, managing, and executing paid campaigns within different PPC channels and retargeting Ads (Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram).
  • Performance Management: Identifying, optimizing, and scaling performance to scale and achieve critical KPIs targets for Renegade, across different ad categories.
  • Experimentation: Planning and executing A/B experiments to identify and scale highperforming campaigns.

  • Attribution Management:
    Tracking, analyzing, extracting, and reporting actionable insights from paid campaigns to drive further performance.
  • Social Ad Campaigns: Planning, managing, and executing social ad campaigns to support company branding efforts.
  • Reporting: Managing and monitoring active campaign performance while providing relevant insights to support department strategy and improved operations.Education/Experience

  • Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • At least 2+ years of experience in Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and/or Instagram Ads.
  • Must be proficient in Search, Display, Remarketing, Video Ads, and/or Shopping Ads, and retargeting campaigns.
  • Must be familiar with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, automated rule scripts, a user behavior analytics platform.
  • Must be able to implement custom conversion tracking, pixel tracking, UTM tagging, as well as goal setting for Google Analytics.
  • Must have strong ownership of work and a datadriven approach toward performance management.
  • Strong proficiency with Excel is preferred (Pivot, Charts).
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Proven experience creating highimpact, unique marketing campaigns.
  • Ability to harness collaboration to produce wellcrafted content.
  • A minimum Bachelor's degree in an academic field such as Marketing and Communication, or IT field will be preferred.
