Paid Ads Specialist — Kreative Sparkz Ad Media, Kochi

Kreative Sparkz is a full-service creative and digital marketing agency with 12+ years of experience serving brands across Kerala, UAE, and the US. We are hiring a Performance Marketer to drive paid media growth for our diverse client portfolio.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute performance campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads
• Manage eCommerce and lead generation campaigns end-to-end
• Monitor, analyse, and optimise campaigns for ROAS, CPL, and conversion targets
• Leverage AI tools — particularly Claude by Anthropic — to conduct audience research, generate and test ad copy, interpret analytics data, and build sharper campaign strategies in less time
• Collaborate with creative and strategy teams for cohesive campaign execution
• Manage tracking, attribution, and reporting via Google Analytics and GTM

Required Skills:

• Minimum 3 years of performance marketing experience
• Demonstrated success with eCommerce campaigns
• Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, GA4, and GTM
• Working knowledge of AI tools such as Claude or ChatGPT for marketing workflows — ability to use AI for campaign analysis, copy iteration, and strategic thinking is highly valued
