Introduction

As a Graduate SAP HANA FI Consultant, you will be part of the SAP implementation and support team responsible for delivering financial process excellence using SAP S/4HANA Finance. You will work closely with business users, functional experts, and technical teams to understand business requirements, configure SAP solutions, and support financial operations in alignment with organizational goals.

Your Role And Responsibilities
  • Support the implementation and rollout of SAP S/4HANA Finance (FI) modules, including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting (AA), and Bank Accounting.
  • Assist in requirement gathering, documentation, configuration, and testing activities.
  • Learn and apply SAP best practices for financial accounting and reporting.
  • Support master data setup and transactional activities during project phases.
  • Work with cross-functional teams (MM, SD, CO, PP) to ensure financial data integration.
  • Participate in system testing, user training, and go-live support.
  • Support the finance team in monthly/quarterly closing and reporting processes.
  • Identify opportunities for process automation and improvement.
  • Stay updated on new features and innovations in SAP S/4HANA Finance.

    • Education

    Required technical and professional expertise
  • Chartered Accountant (CA) / Cost & Works Accountant (ICWA)
  • Optional: B.Com / M.Com background with strong finance fundamentals

    • Preferred Technical Skills
  • Basic understanding of SAP S/4HANA Finance or SAP ECC FI concepts.
  • Awareness of financial accounting principles (GAAP / IFRS).
  • Knowledge of financial statements, journal entries, and reconciliation processes.
  • Good understanding of integrated business processes (Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash).
  • Familiarity with Excel, financial modeling, and basic data analytics tools.
