Job Purpose

To build strong partnerships with local government schools, identify students interested in pursuing careers in the Food & Beverage (F&B) industry, and facilitate their enrollment into the company’s training and placement program. The role bridges education and employment by guiding students from schools into restaurants through structured training.

Key Responsibilities
  • School Outreach & Relationship Building
  • Visit local government schools and meet with principals, teachers, and career counselors.
  • Present the company’s F&B career program to schools and students.
  • Build long-term relationships with schools to ensure a steady pipeline of candidates.
  • Student Engagement & Enrollment
  • Identify and counsel students interested in F&B careers.
  • Explain program benefits, training details, and career opportunities.
  • Assist students with enrollment and documentation.
  • Training Coordination
  • Liaise with the training team to ensure smooth onboarding of students.
  • Track attendance and progress during the one-month training program.
  • Placement Support
  • Coordinate with partner restaurants for student placements.
  • Match students to suitable job opportunities based on skills and interests.
  • Provide post-placement support to ensure retention and satisfaction.
  • Reporting & Feedback
  • Maintain records of outreach activities, student enrollments, and placements.
  • Provide regular updates to management on progress and challenges.
  • Gather feedback from schools, students, and restaurants to improve the program.

  • Qualifications & Skills
  • Bachelor’s degree (preferred) in Social Work, Education, Business, or Hospitality.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to engage with school authorities and students confidently.
  • Passion for youth development and career guidance.
  • Organizational skills to manage outreach, training coordination, and placement tracking.
  • Prior experience in community outreach, education, or recruitment is an advantage.
  • Hands-on experience in education, training, and placement.
