As an International Voice Sales Executive at Blue Matrix Connect Pvt. Ltd. located in Manyata Tech Park, you will be responsible for handling end-to-end outbound sales for international clients. Your role will involve managing the complete sales cycle, including prospecting, pitching, objection handling, closing sales, and post-sale follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end outbound international sales calls.
- Engage with prospective international customers.
- Understand client requirements and pitch relevant solutions.
- Qualify leads and manage objections effectively.
- Close sales and achieve assigned revenue and conversion targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, calls, and sales activities in CRM.
- Build long-term customer relationships.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding.
- Follow quality standards and compliance guidelines.

Qualification Required:
- 6 months to 3 years of experience in International Voice Process/Outbound Sales.
- Experience in end-to-end sales or international sales campaigns.
- Excellent spoken and written English with a neutral accent.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Ability to achieve sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable working in the Australian shift (5:00 AM 2:00 PM IST).
- Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset.
