Job Overview

We are looking for a highly motivated Outbound Sales Associate (Junior) to drive lead generation and sales growth for our SaaS solutions. This role is focused purely on outbound sales activities, including cold calling, email follow-ups, and CRM management.

The ideal candidate should have experience in Customer Support, Outbound Calling, Cold Calling, or Inside Sales and be comfortable working in a target-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Make 60–80 outbound cold calls per day
• Generate, qualify, and nurture leads
• Send professional follow-up emails after calls
• Maintain structured call and email follow-up cycles
• Handle objections confidently and convert prospects
• Schedule demos/appointments for the senior sales team
• Update and maintain accurate records in CRM
• Conduct basic prospect research
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,177.68 - ₹31,759.68 per month
