Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Outbound MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions) Contracting and Operations professional, based in Delhi, OH. The role involves negotiating and contracting with vendors, managing and executing key MICE projects, and handling client communications effectively. Additional responsibilities include creating and managing project plans, overseeing operational tasks, and closely collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to deliver seamless client experiences.

Qualifications

• Strong Sales and Communication skills to establish and maintain strong relationships with clients and vendors
• Proficiency in Operations Management and Project Management to organize and execute MICE-related projects effectively
• Excellent Analytical Skills to interpret data, negotiate contracts, and optimize efficiencies
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and problem-solving capabilities
• Previous experience in the travel or hospitality industry is considered an advantage
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Tourism, or a related field preferred
