We are looking for a strategic and execution-driven Outbound Marketing Lead who can drive demand generation through outbound campaigns and targeted outreach. The ideal candidate should have experience in building outbound marketing strategies, managing campaigns, and working closely with sales teams to generate qualified leads.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute outbound marketing strategies to generate qualified leads and pipeline.
  • Plan and run multi-channel campaigns including email outreach, LinkedIn, cold outreach, and marketing automation.
  • Build and optimize target account lists and customer personas.
  • Work closely with sales teams to align outbound campaigns with revenue goals.
  • Manage and analyse campaign performance, optimizing based on results.
  • Coordinate with content and design teams for campaign assets.
  • Implement tools and systems for lead generation, tracking, and reporting.
  • Continuously test and improve messaging, targeting, and conversion strategies.

  • Requirements
  • 5–8 years of experience in B2B outbound marketing or demand generation.
  • Strong experience with email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and lead generation strategies.
  • Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.).
  • Strong analytical skills and campaign performance tracking.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Experience working closely with sales teams and SDR functions.
