Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced OT (Operational Technology) Security Engineer to secure and strengthen our industrial control systems and critical infrastructure environments. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in OT cybersecurity, ICS/SCADA environments, and industrial network security, with a strong understanding of manufacturing or critical infrastructure operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage security solutions for OT/ICS environments.
• Perform security assessments, vulnerability management, and risk analysis for industrial systems.
• Monitor and respond to OT security incidents and coordinate with SOC teams.
• Implement network segmentation, firewall rules, and secure remote access in OT networks.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards such as IEC 62443, NIST CSF, and ISO 27001.
• Work closely with plant operations, IT security teams, and external vendors.
• Conduct periodic audits, penetration testing coordination, and gap assessments.
• Develop and maintain OT security policies, procedures, and incident response plans.
• Support digital transformation initiatives while ensuring security-by-design principles.

Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum 4+ years of experience in OT/ICS cybersecurity.
• Strong knowledge of SCADA, DCS, PLC, HMI systems.
• Hands-on experience with industrial protocols such as Modbus, DNP3, OPC.
• Experience with OT security tools (e.g., Claroty, Nozomi, Tenable.ot, etc.).
• Knowledge of network security (firewalls, IDS/IPS, VLANs, segmentation).
• Familiarity with risk frameworks such as NIST, IEC 62443.
• Understanding of incident response in industrial environments.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certifications such as GICSP, CISSP, CEH, CISM, or equivalent.
• Experience in manufacturing, energy, utilities, oil & gas, or critical infrastructure sectors.
• Exposure to cloud-connected OT environments.
• Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Electronics, Instrumentation, or related field.
