To drive sales, distribution, brand visibility, and prescription-free recommendation of OTC products through effective trade & field force

Key Responsibilities

Volumes & Revenue Growth

Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets

Drive secondary sales from retailers and chemists

Expand reach across Trade Channels

Trade Marketing & Visibility Plan and execute In-shop branding (posters, danglers, shelf strips)

Chemist schemes & retailer incentives

Ensure planogram compliance at retail level

Field Force Management

Lead, train, and motivate OTC sales team

Set beat plans, targets, and productivity norms

Conduct joint field work and performance reviews

Brand Building & Consumer Activation

Work closely with marketing team on: Brand campaigns /Consumer awareness drives/ Sampling & activation programs

Ensure consistent brand messaging at point of sale

Market Intelligence & Competition Tracking

Track competitor brands, pricing, schemes, and claims

Capture chemist & consumer feedback

Share actionable insights with marketing & management

Compliance & SOP Adherence

Ensure all promotions follow drug & advertising regulations

Maintain ethical trade practices

Follow internal SOPs and reporting systems

Market Intelligence & Competition Tracking

Track competitor brands, pricing, schemes, and claims

Capture chemist & consumer feedback

Share actionable insights with marketing & management
