Core Responsibilities

• Pre-Operative Preparation: Setting up the operating room, ensuring all surgical equipment is sterilized, functional, and available.
• Intra-Operative Assistance: Assisting the surgical team by passing instruments, suctioning fluids, and managing equipment during procedures.
• Sterilization & Infection Control: Cleaning, disinfecting, and maintaining a sterile environment to prevent contamination.
• Post-Operative Care: Assisting in cleaning the patient, managing waste, and prepping the room for the next surgery.
• Equipment Maintenance: Checking, assembling, and maintaining specialized surgical machinery.
