Key Responsibilities Pre-Operative Duties Prepare and maintain operation theatre before surgery Ensure proper sterilization of surgical instruments and OT equipment Check functionality of OT lights suction machines cautery and anesthesia machines Assist in shifting patients to the OT Intra-Operative Duties Assist the surgical team during procedures by providing necessary instruments and materials Maintain sterility and follow aseptic techniques strictly Operate and monitor OT equipment as per surgical requirements Handle surgical specimens as per protocol Post-Operative Duties Clean and disinfect OT post-surgery Dispose of biomedical waste as per infection control guidelines Restock OT with instruments and consumables for the next procedure Document and report any equipment malfunctions or incidents General Duties Maintain records of surgeries instruments and supplies used Follow NABH infection control protocols strictly Cooperate with surgeons anesthetists nurses and other support staff Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay From per month Benefits Paid time off Provident Fund Work Location In person
