Hiring: Head of SEO / Organic Growth Leader

We are looking for a high-impact SEO Leader who can take complete ownership of our organic visibility across Google and emerging AI search ecosystems.

This role is for someone who can build, scale, and lead the entire organic growth engine — from strategy to execution.

We are looking for someone who can identify gaps quickly, build scalable strategies, and drive measurable organic growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the end-to-end Organic Growth Strategy


• Drive organic visibility across Google and AI search platforms


• Identify gaps in technical SEO, on-page structure, and site architecture


• Design and execute high-impact off-page and link authority strategies


• Build and refine content strategy based on search intent and competitor insights


• Conduct deep competitor intelligence and keyword opportunity mapping


• Lead and manage SEO, Content, and Link Building teams on daily execution


• Track and optimize weekly / monthly SEO performance and growth metrics

Ideal Candidate

Proven experience in scaling organic growth in competitive industries

Strong expertise in Technical SEO, Content Strategy, and Search Algorithms.

Ability to identify growth gaps and implement strategic improvements quickly.

Hands-on leadership with strong ownership mindset.

Comfortable operating at both strategy and execution levels.
