Role Overview:
You will be responsible for working with various internal teams such as Regional Sales Operations, Legal, Finance, and others to ensure the smooth execution of the order lifecycle process, including order processing, sales contract management, and provisioning. Your role will require problem-solving skills, project management capabilities, as well as organizational and relational abilities to drive operational excellence, customer service, and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities:
- Review and validate order and sales contract information sources for completeness and accuracy according to processing SLAs and booking policies.
- Ensure accuracy of booked orders in CRM and ERP systems.
- Facilitate provisioning of new accounts/services and address any related issues.
- Provide operational support to sales and other teams throughout the order lifecycle.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve day-to-day issues and enhance processes to exceed operational goals.
- Maintain data integrity by reconciling and updating order, sales contract, or sales account data discrepancies.
- Assist in period close activities, including reviewing reports and reconciling any discrepancies.
- Generate, maintain, and analyze operational reports to track performance metrics and activities.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement within the quote-to-cash process.
- Participate in new process releases and system enhancements by providing operational insight and testing.

Qualifications:
To excel in this role, you should have:
- Experience in integrating AI into work processes or decision-making.
- 2-4 years of relevant experience in order and sales contract operations or finance/accounts receivable.
- Prior experience with CRM/ERP tools and systems.
- Familiarity with the end-to-end quote to cash cycle.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; Excel Word, and PowerPoint.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently or in a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Organizational skills, time management abilities, and adaptability to different training approaches.
- Passion for customer service and dedication to resolving issues effectively.
