Responsibilities

  • Position Requirements

    As a Senior Associate, you’ll work as part of a team of problem solvers with extensive consulting and industry experience, helping our clients solve their complex business issues from strategy to execution. Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Translate business needs into Technology enabled solutions
  • Responsible for planning delivery, assess risks, gather requirements, design, development & delivery of Oracle ARCS solutions
  • Provide functional knowledge and technical expertise in the Reconciliation Compliance and Transaction Matching
  • Will be expected to play a pivotal role in all activities ranging from requirement gathering till project closure
  • Will be responsible for the complete solution design using Oracle ARCS
  • Lead a team and Mentor / supervise junior team members during the project tenure
  • Work independently on project delivery and manage stakeholders (both internal and external)
  • Good understanding of Integration, and reconciliation process

    Candidate should possess 
  • 4+ Years of Consulting experience with an Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) background.
  • Worked on at least 2 ARCS Implementations
  • Good understanding of Reconciliation Formats, Auto matching rules, Reconciliation Workflow, Integrations
  • Experience in Transaction Matching Reconciliations
  • Good communication skills with respect to understanding their requirements and explaining our point of view with cohesiveness, clarity, and confidence
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint

  • Exposure of driving various workshops related to requirement analysis and design
  • Understanding of FCCS, Data Management and Automation
  • Oracle ARCS Certification
  • Experience of Pre-sales/sales functions / assisting in responding to RFPs/RFIs
