Job Title: Oracle EBS Architect

Location:Pune

Role Objective

Lead ERP and SCM advisory engagements, drive delivery-led growth, and establish consulting practices that align with client business objectives. The role focuses on creating value through ERP transformation, process optimization, and digital innovation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Practice Leadership:

  • o Set up and scale ERP & SCM consulting practice, including process mining (Celonis platform).

    o Develop reusable frameworks and assets for ERP transformation and SCM optimization.
  • Client Engagement & Advisory:

  • o Act as a trusted advisor for strategic clients, participate in RFPs/RFIs, and tailor pitches based on industry trends.

    o Drive ERP consolidation, SCM cost optimization, KPI improvement, and digital twin creation for supply chains.
  • Delivery & Account Management:

  • o Achieve delivery-led growth for key accounts by addressing problem areas and leveraging AI/GenAI use cases.

    o Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure successful execution of transformation programs.
  • Thought Leadership:

o Represent Birlasoft at industry conferences and webinars on ERP, SCM, and emerging technologies.

o Publish white papers and PoVs on ERP modernization, GenAI adoption, and resilient supply chains.
