The candidate will be responsible for providing L2 operational support, ensuring high availability, performance, and stability of production and non-production databases while adhering to SLA and security standards.Primary Skills:Hands-on experience in Oracle Database AdministrationExperience with Oracle 11g / 12c / 18c / 19cStrong knowledge of Linux/Unix serversExperience with RMAN backup and recoveryBasic knowledge of database performance tuningExperience in database monitoring and troubleshootingKey Responsibilities:Provide L2 operational support for Oracle database environmentsManage and maintain Oracle databases across production and non-production systemsPerform daily database health checks and monitoringIdentify and troubleshoot database issues proactivelyManage RMAN backup, restore, and recovery operationsAnalyze AWR and ASH reports for basic performance tuningManage tablespaces, database users, roles, and access privilegesSupport database patching, DR drills, and failover activitiesHandle incident management, service requests, and problem managementCoordinate with L1, L3, application, and infrastructure teams for issue resolutionMaintain SOPs, runbooks, and shift handover documentationRequired Skills:Robust troubleshooting and analytical skillsGood understanding of database architectureExperience working in SLA-driven production support environmentsGood communication and collaboration skills
