Position Summary

JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a skilled Oracle CX Application Developer with expertise in Visual Builder Studio and integrations to design, develop, and implement customer experience solutions in Service area. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Oracle CX applications, experience with integration projects and a passion for creating seamless, user-friendly experiences.

The role will provide in-depth application support, develop and monitor application enhancements requests, manage testing events, coordinate backend integrations and escalate issues to application providers.

Key Duties
  • Lead the development and the deployment of Oracle CX Service solutions including the full software lifecycle (design, build, test, deploy and stabilization).
  • Deploy system enhancements and change requests ensuring solution is scalable and meets overall business requirements and identify/document functional gaps.
  • Support regression and integration testing.
  • Lead or participate in root cause analysis / corrective action for critical issues and incidents.
  • Analyze production configuration issues and resolve technical gaps.
  • Develop, support, maintain integrations between Oracle CX Service and related business critical systems.
  • Generate and maintain documentation for changes made to systems.
  • Collaborate with project managers to estimate the delivery timelines, estimate resourcing needs, and identify risks & issues upfront.
  • Develop test plans to ensure proper system functionality and defects free release and meet business requirements.
  • Escalate issues and requests to vendor or implementation partner and ensure timely resolution.
  • Work effectively with remote team members, outsourced resources, and internal customers.

  • School Background / Working Seniority
  • 3 or more years of experience developing with Oracle CX / Oracle Fusion platform
  • 4 or more years of experience in software development and deployment pipelines
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • Experience in an International company is a strong plus

  • Proficiency with English language
  • Analytical and Problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team with limited supervision
  • Ready to move beyond own area of comfort
  • Understanding of the Service/Field Service area is a plus

  • Technical Skills
  • Proficiency with Oracle Visual Builder Studio (VBS) and/or Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS)
  • Knowledge of Oracle Redwood User Interface
  • Proficiency with Oracle CX platform development and administration tools
  • Application Composer, Page Composer, Setup and Maintenance etc
  • Working knowledge of Javascript, Groovy or other scripting languages, HTML, CSS
  • Knowledge of integration frameworks, adapters and REST API
  • Knowledge of Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and Oracle ERP (EBS) systems is a strong plus
