Key Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, and deliver BRM enhancements with complete technical documentation.
• Analyze existing systems and customizations to propose efficient solutions for new requirements.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into detailed technical designs.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure high-quality code delivery and adherence to established development and deployment processes.

Core Functional Expertise :

• Minimum 2–3 full-cycle implementation projects in Oracle Communications BRM.
• Proficiency in at least three BRM functional areas:
• Subscription Management
• Rating & Discounting
• Billing & Invoicing
• Payments & Accounts Receivable
• General Ledger
• Strong understanding of BRM Pipeline components:
• Batch Rating
• iScripts
• iRules
• Rated Event Loader (REL)

Technical Skills :

• Hands-on expertise in:
• FLIST programming
• Policy Opcode development
• MTA application development
• PCM APIs and PIN macros
• Strong development experience using:
• Oracle Database
• C, C++, Java
• Unix / Unix Shell Scripting
• PL/SQL
• Preferred additional skills:
• AWS Lambda
• Python, PERL

DevOps & Tools :

• Working knowledge of:
• Jenkins
• GitHub
• Artifactory
• Familiarity with:
• JIRA
• ServiceNow

Professional Skills :

• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to understand complex systems quickly.
• Ability to conduct requirement workshops and produce high-quality design specifications.
• Adaptability to Agile and DevOps-oriented delivery models.
