📍 Location: Vijayawada / Hyderabad

🕒 Shift: US Shift

📈 Experience: 3-5 Years in OPT, H1B Transfer Recruitment
🔎 What You'll Do

• Source OPT/CPT (F1 Visa) candidates for IT consulting opportunities


• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of entry-level IT consultants

. Source H1B Transfer Candidates, Onboarding them for Bench Marketing.


• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews, Strong Negotiation Skills


• Explain training programs, marketing process, and placement opportunities


• Coordinate with internal marketing and account management teams


• Build relationships with universities, student communities, and job groups
🎯 What We're Looking For

✔ Experience in OPT/CPT recruitment within US IT staffing

✔ Understanding of F1 Visa, OPT, CPT, STEM OPT processes, H1B Transfer, GC Hiring,

✔ Strong sourcing skills (LinkedIn, Dice, Indeed, Naukri, etc.)

✔ Excellent communication and persuasion skills

✔ Ability to work in US time zones
