Key Role and Responsibilities:
  • Overall experience of 20 plus years
  • Lead E2E delivery/account management role for large accounts, Mandatory BFS experience
  • Managing major BFS account portfolio (like $ 30 M) with P&L handling
  • Digital /AI knowledge is critical advantage for this portfolio
  • Support account mining, expansion initiatives, and delivery excellence programs.
  • Manage distributed teams and ensure operational efficiency, compliance, and SLA adherence.
  • Excellent communication skills, especially in explaining architecture decisions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
