Job Title: Production Operator

Reports To: Production Supervisor

Job Summary: Solder electronic components on PCBs with precision, meet daily output, and ensure zero defects.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform THT/SMT soldering per IPC standards.
- Box Assembly and Testing.
- Assemble, test, and pack PCBAs.
- Read work instructions.
- Maintain equipment and ESD safety.
- Record data in inspection reports.
- Follow 5S and cleanroom rules.

Qualifications:

- High school or ITI Holder,
- 1–3 years of soldering experience.
- Micro-soldering skills, steady hands.
- Basic computer use.
