The Senior Operations Analyst in Client Reporting is responsible for the timely, complete, and accurate creation and dispatch of complex client reports. They serve as a point of contact for client inquiries and all related upstream and downstream activities within the functional team. This role plays a key part in enabling communication between functional teams, sharing knowledge and business practices, and developing and implementing process and performance efficiencies. In certain cases, the Senior Operations Analyst may also be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with the front office and other internal and external parties, especially for time-sensitive, complex, or regulatory tasks. Some tasks are highly time-sensitive or complex and require interaction with internal stakeholders. They build trust with clients, maintain standards, are accessible during critical moments, and dig deep into client needs. Work closely with Portfolio Managers, Compliance, and Client Relationship Manager discuss and align functional content and reporting services. Review and analyse client/portfolio onboarding requests and structural changes to derive and implement reporting requirements Review monthly investment reports, including portfolio performance, exposures and key analytics to ensure quality accuracy. Closely collaborate with upstream teams (Technology and Investment Operations) to ensure efficient and automated reporting solutions Analyse and perform data quality controls, investigate and resolve data discrepancies with relevant stakeholder Investigate and manage operational incidents and client complaints Develop and implement operational efficiencies, standardize and streamline workflows and reporting services. Apply and track all internal and external regulations/guidelines and agreed SLAs, KRIs, KPIs, and quality measures. Your skills and experience 5-10+ years in a financial service (preferably in Asset Management, Client Reporting or Investment Operations) Strong understanding and knowledge of investment products and its characteristics (e.g. equity, fixed income, multi asset, passive) Solid understanding of risk, exposure principles and portfolio construction Excellent knowledge of MS Excel VBA, Python and SQL. Proficiency in financial databases and tools such as Bloomberg, BlackRock Aladdin, and Power BI.
