About Role:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Intern to join our team. As an Operations Intern, you will work closely with the operations team to support the day-to-day business functions, streamline internal processes, and ensure smooth workflow across departments.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in coordinating and managing daily operational tasks and processes.
Maintain and update operational records, reports, and documentation.
Help in monitoring project timelines and deliverables.
Liaise with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, and customer support.
Identify and suggest process improvement opportunities.
Assist with data entry, report generation, and basic analysis.
Use task management tools like Jira or ClickUp to track and manage workflows effectively.
Perform other administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements:

Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
Robust organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficient in MS Office or Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, etc.).
Familiarity with task/project management tools like Jira, ClickUp, or similar platforms is a plus.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a quick-paced setting.
Eagerness to learn and take initiative.
