🎯 About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic Under Grad and Graduate Freshers to join our team as Operation Customer Expert I at Teleperformance, Mohali. This role involves supporting global customers via multiple communication channels, delivering high‑quality technical and customer service support while ensuring excellent customer experience.

Eligibility Criteria

• Skillset: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Education: Under grad/Graduate Fresher
• Experience: Freshers are welcome but Experience in International BPO will be an added advantage.
• Shift: Must be comfortable working in night shifts
• Only immediate joiners need to apply.
• Outstationed candidates will be entertained only if relocating from North India - Punjab, J&K, Himachal and Haryana.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle and respond to global customer queries through multiple communication channels (Chat).
• Assist customers by resolving queries, registering complaints, and offering appropriate resolutions.
• Ensure effective and timely resolution of customer issues at the customer’s level of understanding.
• Maintain and update CRM systems accurately with all relevant customer information.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships with professionalism and efficiency.
