Ensure smooth day-to-day operational activities.

Monitor workflow and resolve operational issues quickly.

Maintain process efficiency and reduce delays.

• Coordination & Communication

Coordinate between internal departments (Management, Sales, etc.).

Ensure timely communication with clients and vendors.

Resolve escalation issues when required.

• Data Management & Reporting

Maintain accurate operational records and documentation.

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.

Update dashboards or tracking systems.

• Customer / Client Support

Handle dashboard and copyright queries from Authors.

Ensure service quality and customer satisfaction.

• Compliance & Documentation

Ensure all operations follow company policies and compliance guidelines.

Maintain proper documentation and audit readiness.

• Process Improvement

Identify inefficiencies in operational processes.

Suggest improvements to enhance productivity and reduce cost.

• Copyrights

File and manage copyright applications and documents.
