About the role: We are looking for an experienced Operations Compliance Specialist who will serve as the compliance authority within the Operations department. The role is responsible for ensuring full adherence to all regulatory requirements, including cGMP (current Good Manufacturing Practices), Quality standards, financial controls, and EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) policies and guidelines, in alignment with Haleon’s Corporate Policies. Role Responsibilities: Manage system and data activities including timely d‑MERP/SAP transactions, accurate Production Master Data, and cross‑functional issue resolution. Oversee master data updates, system access, and end‑to‑end d‑MERP execution including BMR/BPR uploads, revisions, and handling. Maintain strong working knowledge of key operational and compliance systems such as VEEVA Quality Docs, Ariba, CMMS, and Galaxy. Support smooth month‑end closing and generate daily, weekly, and monthly production performance reports. Maintain departmental dashboards, track KPIs, and ensure follow‑up for performance and accountability. Ensure compliance with GMP, EHS, Finance, labor regulations, and Haleon Performance System (HAPS) standards. Lead continuous improvement activities, including raising events/deviations, conducting root cause analysis, and implementing corrective actions. Maintain compliance records such as deviations, CAPAs, change controls, protocols, and risk assessments. Conduct internal audits, inspections, process confirmations, and manage Third‑Party Risk Management (TPRM) and GOLA requirements. Ensure EHS adherence, maintain updated Business Continuity Plans, manage risk registers, and support safe work practices. Candidate profile: Pharm-D / MBA / Sciences (Bachelor) /Equivalent Degree. 5 years or more experience in manufacturing & packaging process in manufacturing industry Why Haleon?
