About the job:
Key Responsibilities:

1. Source suppliers, obtain competitive quotations, and support price negotiations.

2. Process purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.

3. Maintain accurate procurement records, contracts, vendor database, and documentation.

4. Monitor inventory across projects and implement controls to avoid emergency purchases.

5. Promote cost-effective procurement practices and long-term savings.

6. Manage vendor relationships and resolve discrepancies promptly.

7. Ensure compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.

8. Support audits by providing required procurement and administrative records.

9. Coordinate travel bookings (flights, trains, hotels, local transport) as per policy and budget.

10. Maintain travel documentation and track expense reporting and reconciliations.

11. Provide general administrative and operational support for smooth internal coordination.
